How does this play out in marriage when a husband is anything but loving?
Hi Carie, this particular lesson was confined mostly to church related issues. There is no direct correlation between church relationships and a marriage. Second, a marriage is not, or should not be defined by authority and submission. Framing questions about marriage with that presuppositional outlook will distort things from the start. Lastly Without knowing more of the specific situation, I cannot intelligently comment. Every marriage circumstance is different. There are no one size-fits-all answers and I do not believe in what is called “role theology.”
